This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading projects practices in the UK, who undertake high quality work for public & private sector clients, including; government departments and agencies, local authorities, NHS (at department & trust levels), schools, universities and colleges, project sponsors, contractors and funders.

Who we're looking for
The work of the group is varied and accordingly any successful candidate (relative to seniority) will need the following skills;
• Experience of PFI and/or Projects based legal work which may have been gained in house or in private practice.
• Experience in advising both public sector and commercial clients on significant PFI/PPP transactions.
• The ability to contribute to support and lead transactions effectively, not only coordinating with other fee earners from within the group, but also liaising and coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines.
• Good sense of humour and team player.
• The willingness to support business development activity, creating and maintaining strong client relationships.
