Reporting to the Heads of Department, this PSL will be primarily responsible for training, know how, precedents and information (internal, external, market-related and general) in relation to the full range of securitisation transactions (including CDOs, CLOs, WBS, CMBS and RMBS) and also (together with other relevant PSLs) in relation to a wide range of related structured finance and derivative-based products and transactions.

Who we're looking for
You must be a qualified lawyer with:
• solid experience in the securitisation/structured finance area;
• a strong academic background;
• excellent communication and presentation skills; and
• the ability to work well with fee-earning lawyers.
Previous experience in a professional support role is not necessary but will be helpful. Candidates will be considered who wish to work four days a week.
