As senior site manager, you will be responsible for the management of a large mixed use project in Birmingham city centre. This will incorporate all H & S issues, delivery issues and on-site management of our clients and all subcontracting staff. You will be reporting directly to the project manager, and will be held accountable for delivering the project on time and within budget.
Who we're looking for
The ideal senior site manager will have knowledge of working on large scale projects (£20m+), ideally coming from a main contractor background. You must have proven man management and communication skills. The ability to deal with all on site issues in a hands on manner is also essential.
