You will work closely with the Partner on development work in the education sector, such as new build Colleges and University Campus development. Initially you will support the partner with development projects, and eventually you will lead transactions and projects; dealing with more complex estate management work, such as the letting of units on long leases on science parks and playing a group role in client care, tenders and wider business development activities.
Development of staff is a key responsibility and you will also supervise and manage junior colleagues.

Who we're looking for
You will need excellent technical knowledge and wide commercial real estate experience, including some development experience, ideally from a national or city firm. Experience of work in the education or public sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.
