You will already have gained strong retail management exposure and will be able to demonstrate a commercial approach to business, and have a flair for motivating and developing your team. You should be able to show a proven track record of managing within a customer focused retail environment. A basic knowledge and interest in our product range would also be advantageous.

With some previous retail exposure you will be able to demonstrate success in working within a customer focused retail environment.
