The successful candidate will be involved in the full life-cycle of projects from site start to occupied homes, via procurement, valuation and Final Accounts. This will involve issuing and analysis of tenders, direct negotiation with sub-contractors and careful management of accruals and bill payments.
There is a strong financial focus to the role, as well as a real commitment to best practice. You will need several years' professional experience with a house builder, contractor or PQS, backed by proven negotiation skills, a confident knowledge of using IT for project management and meticulous attention to detail.
