This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding commercial property team based in the heart of Edinburgh. The team is split into departments focusing on banking work, English commercial property, Property litigation and all other forms of property advice. The client base include the public sector, educational institutions, developers, retailers, hoteliers and leisure operators, charities and telecommunications.
The role itself will be varied and will include but will not be limited to: purchase and sale of all forms of commercial/ investment properties; commercial leasing; managing various portfolio interests.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be keen to develop their career in an exciting and expanding firm. You will be interested in business development and will possess good commercial acumen. You will ideally have had some experience of commercial leasing although those without will still be considered. You will have good team working skills although will possess the ability to work autonomous when necessary.
