The role will involve liaising with fee earners with the aim of extracting and collating know-how, circulating and translating it into precedents, practice notes and manuals as well as assisting in training and practice development. Along side this the role will also be providing support to up to 50 fee earners within the corporate division.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should be well organised, self motivated, be keen to take control of the ownership of the role and develop it within the context of the service. Have a keen eye for detail on documents, good IT skills and experience of training development and delivery. The candidate should also have a good level of corporate exposure with a solid academic background.
