Bristol based Financial Services client seeks Senior Change Project Managers to lead transformation projects across their Investments (life & pensions) team

As a Senior Business Change Project Manager you will be responsible for
• leading projects reporting directly to Investments Programme Manager
• deliver business change, helping to transform the investments business
• manage other project managers as well as business partners across IT, HR finance etc.
• scoping, managing and delivering projects to cost and time constraints
• BPR, integration projects, operational improvement, strategy formulation, project planning and implementation
• continuous improvement- identify issues and make strategic recommendations
• identifying risk and project issues, and tackling these challenges in order to ensure the project is delivered successfully
• liaise with stakeholders,work with and lead small project teams

Who we're looking for
A proven Project Manager who has worked within the investments industry. You will have solid Project management in addition to this industry specialism. Exceptionally strong Project Managers with Financial Services experience may be considered. You will also have:
• experience of managing people/teams
• experience of planning and delivering change projects
• ability to drive change and influence through building strong relationships and having a solid commercial awareness
• good analytical skills and previous exposure to large change programmes

About our client
Investments arm of a leading Financial Services organisation based in Bristol.

What's on offer
£45,000 - 50,000 + car + bonus + benefits
