As Operations manager you will be required to manage a team of 5 project managers. The project managers in question are spread over several sites. As operations manager you will not only be required to manage the delivery but also best practice. You will be the first point of contact is the project managers have any day to day issues.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have worked in this sort of capacity before either as a project manager or operations manager. The role would suit a proactive forward thinker as you will constantly be required to think on your feet and required to to discuss potential issues and draw up programmes on how to deliver the project in the most profitable way possible.

Our client has a clear vision to be the leading premium brand provider of New Build, Refurbishment and Fit out services in the UK with the capacity of carrying on their work within the international building arena.
In 1996 our client moved beyond their core fit out business and added refurbishment to our range of services. This not only developed new skills within the company but also introduced a new client base of owners and developers.
In 1997, in response to the needs of the market,they introduced further expertise to develop a new build capability and an International was created. In the same year they expanded geographically by opening the Manchester office.
In July 1998 the Group was floated on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and is now a public limited company. This was followed by the acquisition of a number of property and facilities management companies. These companies were subsequently sold in March 2004.
In April 2004 the separate of the business were united to form what is our client today. Combining the two businesses created a single identifiable brand that retained its interior origins..
Today,our client is organised into 6 divisions operating in a variety of sectors throughout the UK.
