Reporting in to the Directorof Compensation and Benefits Europe you will assist in the implementation of thecompensation strategy.
Your key responsibilities will be:-
• To maintain the competitiveness of the UK orientated compensationand benefits programme.
• To design and communicate employee base salary and incentive programs.
•To maintain salaryand benefits surveys and analyse results.
• To design and deliver C&B training for managers and employees.
• To monitor and report on the take up of the UK Benefits programme.
• To support the site HR teams in developing responses specific to their needs.
•To provide the senior management team with advice and guidance.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduatecalibre with a strong track record in compensationand benefits ideally gained in a multisite environment. You must be comfortable working in multinational environment. Excellent communication skills need to be combined with an ability to work in an independent manner. An ability to deal with all levels of employees is essential.
