This Construction Solicitor role has been generated due to the rapid growth & continuing high profile of the construction group. The work of the group is hugely varied and includes Real Estate, Banking and PFI/Projects support, in addition to a significant amount generated from within the construction group itself.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• A sound knowledge of non contentious construction legislation, your experience will have been gained within a quality environment, likely but not exclusively to be within a large or mid-tier firm
• Strong commercial awareness
• The ability and desire to take the initiative when required will be particularly important
• A proven record of a high standard of client care for existing clients at the highest level
• Proven team working abilities
• The ability to lead or begin to take the lead on transactions, liaising and coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines.
