Projects range in value from £500k to £8m, and are located throughout the West Midlands and surrounding regions.
Examples of current projects that the Senior Project Architect can expect to be involved in include working drawing packages and Planning applications for various residential dwelling and apartment schemes.

Who we're looking for
The Senior Project Architect must be chartered, with strong design skills and a sound knowledge of building construction within the residential. They will also be a strong and confident communicator who can work directly with clients and be prepared to take on a position of responsibility. AutoCAD Lt literacy is desirable.
