Field Sales Manager

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility of a field sales team within your area. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
• To ensure that the sales team are deployed for the most effective option of a particular market
• Achieve all targets for sales campaigns and cycle including productivity
• Organise and run daily and weekly team meetings
• You will be required to recruit strong sales staff into the team and train and develop them to perform the job effectively
• Conduct regular meetings and communications with Senior Sales Managers

Who we're looking for
You will have managed a successful sales team in the past, ideally within the media or publishing industry otherwise in a Business Services market. You will have strong leadership skills and have the desire to grow and develop your business unit.
