This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of new products and propositions across O2's the online channel.
You will be assisting in the definition of propositions through competitor analysis, customer insight and market trends and then implementing these across the online channel. Through online site performance analysis you will also be involved in identifying and implementing initiatives aimed at improving the online customer experience.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated professional, with a proven track record in an online or e-commerce environment. Highly commercial, with excellent communication and influencing skills you will demonstrate:
• A complete understanding of Online Product Management including operational delivery
• Proven project management skills
• A demonstrable track record in key account management of third parties
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end
• A strong costumer focus in developing propositions and solutions
