To succeed within the Lloyds TSBgroup as a branch manager you will be required o manage, lead and develop a branch sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets to drive business profits.
Who we're looking for
To be a successful Lloyds TSB Manager you will be
• Highly numerate and literate. Minimum of two years track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
• Clear understanding of working within a regulated environment. Excellent communication skills to be able to tailor communication style to deal with a variety of people and behaviours.
• Experience of leading a team of staff and managing budgets.
• Drive to be leading edge to deliver business success.
• Determined coach committed to identifying, planning and supporting the development needs of others.
• Assertive and adaptable personal style to effectively manage performance of team. Be confident and assured.
• Highly developed understanding of customer needs and business goals and pride in achieving excellent business results and significant rewards.
