The role of the Regional Maintenance Manager is to control the Pre Planned and Reactive maintenance to the organisations retail out-lets across the Midlands and South Regions. You will be responsible for the budget of all works and be monitored on KPI's to ensure company policy is met.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Regional Maintenance Manager will have a background in the retail sector and a proven record of man management as well as budgetary control. This person will be looking to develop within the role and be innovative in the process of developing solutions to any situation which may arise.

Our client is National high street retailer who due to expansion are looking to attract and develop an individual to their already well established property team.
