You will be based from Instant Offices UK headquarters in Paddington London and will lead a professional team of 30+ sales consultants responsible for UK, EMEA, USA and Australasia. You will be responsible for the agreed revenues for the year.
Your primary focus will be on increasing the conversion of sales leads that are generated from affiliate programs, a significant internet presence and brand awareness through referrals. This is a service led sale which requires a degree of consultative sales practices.
Additional responsibilities will include the recruitment, training and coaching of team members however the focus remains on driving revenue by example.
You will deliver c£8m in turnover whilst reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Who we're looking for
You will be a successful man-manager with experience of running consultative outbound telephone based sales teams with a service focus. You will be a graduate with a career history of driving sales conversion rates through coaching and influencing of sales teams . You will be comfortable and have previous experience of working autonomously and reporting to the board.
You will have demonstrable track record of recruiting sales teams and delivering on your objectives through leadership and hands on sales.
This role will require an individual who can achieve aggressive growth targets through managing and influencing others.
Possible backgrounds could include recruitment, foreign exchange, serviced offices or other business service led companies
