The HR Operations Manager reports into into the HR Director for one of the most successful companies in the world.This role provides mainly operational and some consultative support to the HR Business Partners in the delivery of business objectives.
The role has primary responsibility for the delivery of HR Services, including payroll, new hire processing, data maintenance and reporting, leavers processing and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include;
• Delivering an administration and payroll service which reflects customer's needs at the right time and quality.
• Utilise HR support team members effectively and plan and set service levels within Operations ensuring agreed output is achieved in a consistent way.
• Control and measure performance of the HR Shared Services team to ensure service levels are in line with business objectives.
• Lead and motivate the team members to ensure customer focus and deliver the business's requirements.
• Develop team members to become a fully integrated flexible HR support service.
• Challenge existing HR processes and implement continuous improvement and best practice.
• Contribute to business initiatives as required.
• Manage the HRIS system & process. Assess and implement new technology.
Who we're looking for
Degree educated, solid experience within HR shared services both on a systems, analytical and consultative angle.
