The team advises clients in relation to a wide range of areas including:
publicly listed and privately placed Eurobonds and notes;
commercial paper programmes;
medium term note programmes;
international offerings incorporating US offerings, or Public Offerings or 144A placements;
international equity and equity-linked offerings;
repackagings;
custody arrangements;
domestic and cross-border security aspects; and
domestic and cross-border tax aspects
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have gained their Capital Markets experience at a top tier firm and will be UK or US qualified
