You will join a corporate/securities practice, which regularly represents leading securities firms, sovereign and private issuers, borrowers and other participants in a broad range of public and private securities transactions in the United States, Europe, Latin America and the Asian Pacific Rim. In addition, their corporate securities specialists continue to be at the forefront in developing innovative financial products.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be US qualified with securities experience gained at a top US or London firm. Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings exposure would be advantageous.
