Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner your core responsibilities will be based around the provision of comprehensive HR support to a specific client base. Your excellent relationship building skills will enable you to influence senior and line management to proactively deliver HR services, diagnose business challenges and manage organisational development and re-structure. You will work closely with HR colleagues and partners to ensure a comprehensive and credible HR service is delivered in line with business goals and objectives.
Who we're looking for
You will need to be a degree educated, CIPD qualified HR Professional. Ideally, your HR experience will be from a large, professional organisation. You will need have excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills. Confidence and influencing skills are also key in order to make an impact on the business.
