We are seeking a New Business Development Manager, to be responsible for identifying and developing new translation and localisation business, for RWS's Translation and Localisation Services (TLS) department. This position will report directly into the Group Business Development Director and has been created due to unprecedented company growth.
Your main remit will be to seek new business and achieve sales targets by positioning and selling translation and localisation services.
Who we're looking for
You will have a demonstrable (service) sales background and a proven track record in a business to business environment, ideally within the translation industry, or within professional services. You also will have a 'hands on' approach and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You must be able to identify and research new business and market opportunities in strategic growth sectors and have the ability to win that business.

Established more than forty years ago, RWS is a Global top ten translation company. Its TLS division provides translation, documentation and localisation services to the legal, financial, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering, manufacturing and telecoms industries.
What's on offer
c. £36,000 basic salary, plus uncapped OTE, and benefits including non-contributory pension scheme, life assurance and private medical insurance
