An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR within Initial Facilities Services, the leading cleaning and facilities management organisation in the UK, reporting to the Divisional HR Director. The successful candidate will operate in a varied and business focussed Generalist HR position. They will inspire, lead and motivate a team of 9 HR Managers who work within 9 autonomous businesses supporting their own client groups. The Head of HR will also work on a range of proactive HR projects as part of the Senior HR team and deputise for the HR Director. They will take a lead in the ongoing change within the organisation and the drive to be an employer of choice.

Who we're looking for
• A commercially focused and pragmatic HR Professional, you will make credible decisions based on the bigger picture
• A positive and engaging individual, you will enthuse those around you with your passion and you will be a real change agent
• Of Graduate calibre, you will be CIPD qualified with a strong understanding of UK Employment legislation and an interest in Employee Relations. Previous exposure to Trade Unions would be beneficial.
• You will have a proven track record from within a rapidly changing and commercial service driven organisation with multiple sites across the UK
• You will be flexible to travel across the UK and including monthly travel to the Midlands Head Office

What's on offer
Circa £60,000 per annum & up to 50% Bonus & Car & Benefits package
