This hands-on role is key to increasing Getfeedback's market share and achieving their ambitious business targets. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing and will have sole responsibility for the design, delivery and ongoing measurement of their marketing strategy. This includes innovative brand management, campaigns and events, market analysis, marketing collateral and managing PR and marketing supplier relationships. You will work closely with the sales and product development teams.
Who we're looking for
• A strong, broad marketing background preferably within an organisation which has undergone rapid growth
• Experience in a transferable industry such as Professional Services, preferably in the consultancy sector (HR consultancy being the most preferred)
• A formal marketing qualification
• An autonomous worker with the tenacity to succeed
