Supported Housing Services Manager

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Housing Services the successful Supported Housing Services Manager will deliver a first class supported housing service on behalf of the Company's customers throughout the East Midlands.
You will be responsible for managing supporting people contracts by delivering excellent services through the 24 hour community alarm support centre and the care co-ordination service for older people, and the tenancy support service.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering high standards of excellence, and utilising resources effectively.Extensive experience of the housing sector is required together with an appropriate professional or academic qualification. Your knowledge of quality management systems, current housing issues and legislation will compliment people management skills which demonstrate the ability to effectively lead, motivate and support highly
committed teams.

Who we're looking for
The Supported Housing Services Manager will possess the following:
• A relevant degree or have an appropriate professional qualification.
• Extensive management experience, including supervisory experience, in a social housing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Presentation, organisation,report writing and motivational skills
• A typing or word processing qualification advantageous
