My client, a leading international private practice of some repute is seeking a commercial contracts specialist to join as a PSL (Practice Support Lawyer). You will make up a significant part of the commercial division, acting as a PSL for the national practice group and being an integral part of the team.
You will have extensive experience and expertise in this area and be confident in advising some of the country's leading lawyers and assistant solicitors. You will also work closely with the quality and risk division to minimise exposure to negligence claims against the firm.
For this role and for the right candidate my client can consider offering a 4 day week and the potential to work from home as well as a potential more flexible part time arrangement. They would ideally like the role to be based in Manchester but would consider an appointment in Birmingham or Leeds.

Who we're looking for
• You will be well regarded as a Commercial Contracts specialist. You may already be a commercial contracts PSL.
• You will come from either a strong in-house or established and well respected national or international firm.
• You will be technically sound and have a thoughtful and academic approach to the law.
• You will ideally have at least 4 years relevant contracts experience but all applications will be considered.
• You will be looking for a move away from the hustle and bustle of fee earning towards a new challenge within the most challenging of Private Practice environments.
