Our Client seeks to recruit a Insolvency Litigator to join their specialist department in Crawley. The work involves predominantly contentious insolvency litigation and requires skills in investigation and perseverance. You will also work closely with our debt recovery department and corporate clients advising on issues arising out of commercial transactions, sales and restructuring of businesses.
Who we're looking for
You will:
Be a good communicator and a team player
Be UK qualified
Be IT literate
Have good experience of insolvency litigation and general commercial litigation
