Debt & Structured Finance - Recruitment Consultant

You will be part of a dedicated team of recruitment experts who will deliver solutions to banking clients, particularly focused within Debt & Structured Finance. Your role will be to develop existing relationships with the clients in your portfolio and build new ones by developing an understanding of their recruitment needs and working with them to fill these vacancies. Additionally you will be responsible for developing relationships and networks with candidates who are looking for new opportunities and help them attain these positions.
Who we're looking for
You must have -
• sales experience from either recruitment or banking. Corporate relationship managers with a strong sales focus and other front-office bankers have made a successful transition to banking recruitment
• proven track record in business development
• degree educated
• first rate communication and relationship building skills
• ambition, drive and be a self starter
• motivation and positive attitude
• an interest in financial markets
