Excellent and varied role for a qualified lawyer with a track record in Investment management issues, and commercial contracts, including agreements relating to investments and related matters. the role will involve liaising with clients and service providers to prepare and review contracts and undertake work on ad hoc projects as required.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of financial services and contract negotiation and review experience. You will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and on your own initiative, and your work should be of a high quality at all times. Personally, you will be comfortable working in a team and communicating with staff at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a contract for a leading company in an exciting area of law and business.
