The role is a litigation role with heavy advocacy within County and Magistrate Courts. Candidate must have proven advocacyexpertise and be fully qualified in order to handle this. General litigationknowledge is required and housing/ASBO skillsare desirable however not essential.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone who has expertise in litigation (civil/criminal) and potentially housing and ASBO knowledge. The individual must be a fully qualified solicitor with proven advocacy skills in court
