A new role that will bring key HR services including Recruitment and Reward & Benefits administration into one team, this team currently consists of 6 people. You will be involved in the implementing leading edge recruitment methods and strategy optimising the company image, and deliver an excellent HR administration service which meets the needs of a growing business.
The implementation of a new HR system with integrated payroll is imminent and this is a great opportunity to set the standards across the business for the future.
Who we're looking for
Candidates must be forward thinking, have an ability to adapt to different situations and have an innovative approach. The ability to have a consultative approach at all levels of the business and to work at pace and energize those around them is important. In depth knowledge of shared services and recruitment will be essential to the success of this role.
Your team are involved in the end to end recruitment and administrative processes so you will be organised, have exceptional co-ordination and management skills.
About our client
The company is a privately owned company founded in 1992 in the UK and is a leader in the insurance market in both the UK and South Africa. The business has gone through some huge growth over the last couple of years and now employs 2,200 people; this has been achieved through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The group initially started as an insurance underwriter and changed direction in 1997 to become an insurance broker.
The BGL Group is going through substantial change at the moment and due to growth need to put plans in place for succession planning and talent management.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a growing business that has a can do attitude and employees people that really can make a difference.
What's on offer
