This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Analyst wishing to pursue a career within a market leading Retail Financial Services Solutions Provider. The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience working on business process analysis projects, ideally with external clients.The role will involve working with Fiserv clients to provide analysis relating to process and systems design focusing on Aperio, Fiserv's next generation CRM software.This role may require extensive UK and European travel.

Who we're looking for
The successful applicant must have:
• A strong track record of using process driven, configurable applications.
• An understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience of producing requirements documentation for client sign off.
• Solid understanding of the Financial Services Sector.
• Experience of running workshops for defining business and systems requirements.
• Full project lifecycle experience.
