Key Responsibilities and Tasks:-
· Implement clients Health & Safety Policy and Procedures
· Represent and promote the company in business with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
· Take overall responsibility for the project to the end of the Defects Liability period
· Create team spirit and develop project staff
· Keep Line Manager informed of progress, cost & quality and other relevant issues
· Implement companies procedures and philosophies
· Work with tender teams to give the company a competitive edge
· Attending tender interviews
· Developing the tender programme into a construction programme
· Working with the project's commercial team to achieve the commercial success of the project
· Progress monitoring and compiling programming strategies with the project team
· Monitor project expenditure
· Vet the resources and capabilities of selected supply chain
· Protecting the company's interest via correspondence to the Design Team and supply chain
· Manage the Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental aspects of projects

This is mainly an office based role with frequent visits to site, so you must be willing to travel.
