To manage the continuing successful growth of our South West Region, we are looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Regional Sales Manager.

Experiencing significant year-on-year growth, both in the UK and across Europe, BRAMMER is well placed to offer excellent prospects to the right candidate.

Reporting to the Commercial Director your key objective will be to manage sales activity within the South West, providing strong leadership to the sales team in order to generate profitable growth. Increasing product penetration within the existing customer base and working alongside the key accounts team to maximise potential sales is crucial to the success of the region. You will also be targeted to identify new customer opportunities and grow BRAMMER'S market share in the South West.

Who we're looking for
This is a great opportunity for a successful Sales Manager with extensive sales management experience and a proven record of achieving growth. You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of fundamental sales management processes and the importance of the sales cycle and will drive growth by coaching and developing your team. An articulate communicator, you will have the ability to lead negotiations at a senior level to both maintain existing and develop new key clients within your region. As an experienced manager you will have coached and mentored sales teams of at least 8 or more people and have a proven ability to operate at a strategic level.
