We are currently working with a global, highly reputable management consultancy to recruit the Head of UK People Services. Reporting to the European HR Director and working closely with partners as part of the senior management team, you will develop and define the full HR agenda for the UK. This will include management of a team of 9 and encompassing HR generalists, recruitment and training and development. In addition to your people management responsibilities, you will provide leadership and counsel to senior leaders on all HR issues, including strategy, change management and selection and management of external suppliers. As part of the European People Services team, you will also participate in the implementation of European projects across the business.
This is a broad role, with significant budgetary and management responsibility and as such will make up part of the European management team.

Who we're looking for
We are seeking a high calibre HRprofessional, confident and capable of working closely with partners and members of both the UK and global management team. This role requires an individual capable of handling budgetary and strategic responsibilities alongside the day to day management of the UK HR team. You will be degree qualified have a broad generalist background, with a focus on talent, leadership and recruitment, ideally in an internationalprofessional services environment.
