Treasury & Investor Solutions Director

As Island Director you will lead and manage a team of eight. Key responsibilities will include:
• Full P&L accountability
• Distribution of treasury solutions to existing and new clients across a number of corporate sectors and high net worth individuals
• Lead a proactive and professional sales team to promote the business to their target market
• Position the business as treasury provider of choice within its market place
• Increase the profile of the business with both internal and external stakeholders
More specifically you will:
• Generate income from FX, money market, derivative and structured product sales
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, both locally and within the UK business
• Manage a focussed and pro-active sales team and build capability through leadership, coaching and personalised development
• Build a solid understanding of the client base and their needs, generating revenue and developing stronger relationships by relating these needs to the full proposition
• Drive a client focused culture through targeted activity to maximise opportunities
• Ensure the business area conducts its activity in accordance with all relevant external regulations and Group policies
Who we're looking for
• Thorough and demonstrable understanding of FX, IRD's, Money Markets and Capital Markets
• Proven sales experience in a financial markets environment
• Ability to lead and deliver results through self and others
• First class relationship management skills
• Ability to work alongside clients and internal partners to identify needs and demonstrate how treasury solutions can be used to maximise yield or mitigate risk
