As the Facilities Manager you will manage contracts and services worth in excess of £1million per year. You will ensure continual improvement to performance figures, maximise the use of space and lead a team of Maintenance Operatives and other site staff, based in the Warwickshire.
Who we're looking for
The idea Facilities Managers will be excellent communicators with an impressive facilities management track record. You will be passionate about maintaining a safe and risk free environment with a good understanding of computer programmes.
