You will be responsible for driving all areas of HR and providing strategic and operational HR support to all the businesses across the UK & Europe at a time of critical change.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a HR Director who has operated at a European level for a large-scale business.
A proven track record and understanding of the detailed requirements of business transformations & change agenda's coupled with a knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions will be vital to the role.
We are seeking a candidate who is able to combine both strategic thinking based on being a thought-leader in this field with a down-to-earth, hands on approach. Equally you will have credibility and gravitas to enable you to engage with senior business leaders and persuade and influence them with regard to HR processes. You should be a good leader and manager - capable of building teams and creating an engaged group with a strong internal customer service ethos.
