This Is an excellent role for a private client lawyer looking for a well established private practice firm in Hampshire.
You will work in an established practice with a long history. You will be expected to take a lead in heading the department and growing the practice.
Currently the firm has 3 fee earners in it's private client team working on a range of wills and probate matters. While there is an element of tax and trusts this does not make up the majority of the departments work.
You will work to make the most of a wills bank including some 4000 wills with a view to developing more complex work.
Who we're looking for
A qualified private client lawyer with recent and continuous experience working solely on private client matters in private practice.
The ideal candidate will be based in Hampshire and be able to work with limited supervision. They should have a though understanding of wills, probate, inheritance tax planning, court of protection work and powers of attorney.
