As the Interim HR Transition Manager, your main responsibility is to manage the HR work stream for large scale contract transitions. Working with bid managers, you will prepare and contribute to bid responses for the HR mobilisation and change activities,whilst also supporting the sales effort in presentations/client meetings and deliver the HR plan when the Organisation wins new contracts for both mobilisation and transformational change.
The key accountabilities will be to prepare cohesive bid responses; Resource the appropriate skill set to deliver the HR plan; Lead the HR work stream for transition, including Tupe transfers, Trade Union negotiations, employee communications and employee development and training and ultimately,develop effective working relationships across the business.
Who we're looking for
the successful candidate will have had previous exposure to Tupe, Unions and harmonising Terms and Conditions. Ideally you will have multi- site experience and operated within a transitional/programme manager capacity previously.
