You will be responsible for working on all stages of originating and executing Corporate Finance deals including M&A transactions, IPOs, disposals and equity financings. You will be based in London, but you will have pan-European coverage responsibilities and focus attention on cross border deals and UK to UK deals.
Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced Corporate Financier ideally with prior experience working on deals in Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, Power and/or Utilities. Applicants will be welcomed from larger houses looking to get more involved in running deals and looking for a stronger work/ life balance as well as individuals coming from other small/ medium sized investment banks looking to work in a very strong team enjoying excellent deal flow.
