Work within the department is primarily privately funded and will become exclusively so within the next few months. It encompasses all aspects of divorce, financial relief, Family Law Act matters and private Children Act matters, including those with international aspects. Some of our work involves cross border disputes. The firm's longstanding international and especially German connections mean that recommendations include referrals from overseas lawyers and the German Embassy.
Who we're looking for
In anticipation of a retirement we wish to recruit a solicitor and expand our London Family Law department. The immediate requirement is to appoint an individual with responsibility for a junior member of staff and to secure succession. Accordingly we would look at an existing partner or associate although we may wish to consider the introduction of a small team
