This Gloucester based highly successful niche Insurance company is looking for an Organisational Change Manager to work as part of the internal change team.
Fixed term contract for 12 months.
Our client is a highly profitable UK owned specialist insurer and investment management company with ambitious plans for the future. For over 120 years they have kept their ideals and balanced commercial success with social responsibility becoming one of the UK's top 10 corporate donors whilst generating revenues of over £400m.
The Business Consulting Team provides a consultancy service to the Group. The role involves working with colleagues to develop and drive change with the aim of delivering measurable improvements to customer service and efficiency. The types of services offered by the team include process development, analysis and improvement, capacity analysis, organisation design and change management planning and support.
They are embarking on a major transformation project aimed at ensuring there are cost effective and efficient process in place with every task adding value to the customer.
Who we're looking for
You must have proven experience of working in an internal business improvement or external consultancy role, with a background in:
• strong business process reengineering skills and proven track record of delivery cost reduction through process improvement
• Development and implementation of transformation programmes to include Process, Systems and Organisation Design
• Strong track records of delivering benefits (ideally within the Financial Services industry)
• Experience of successful lean six sigma deployment & implementation
• Business Case design
You should have a Business Degree as a minimum and ideally an MBA, be a Prince 2 Practitioner and ideally hold green/black belt Six Sigma qualification: Furthermore you will have the following attributes :

• Capability to build a rapport with key internal players
• Strongly numerate and analytical with problems solving skills
• Well developed understanding of BPR, change management, project management and benefits realisation
