Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a contract catering background. You will be able to ensure the adherence to all Health and safety and Hygiene procedures within all units. You will be financially astute, with an ability to identify and drive new business opportunities and drive profit forwards. You will be brand focused and your team will see you as an ambassador for maintaining standards and audit control. People development, performance management and training will also be key strengths that you possess.
Ideally you will be customer service driven, results orientated and an excellent communicator to all levels.
