Reporting to the board, based in the North East, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record to date with experience in ground engineering. Managing two regional offices, the role will require previous Profit and Loss experience of £10m. The region has the scope to double in turnover so the role will necessitate the successful candidate to have previous business development acumen.
Who we're looking for
The successful Operations Director will need to demonstrate the following:
• Experience in the ground engineering market.
• Experience in Managing multi-offices.
• Minimum of 5 years P&L responsibility.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
• Good communicator who is confident dealing with managing teams.

• Monitoring boreholes for water and gas
• Thermal heat boreholes
• Structural stabilisation using grouting techniques to granular and fill materials
• Drilling and installing rock bolts and tie rods

Excellent basic of £60, 000 - £70,000 plus package.
