Corporate Finance Associate

Main responsibilities for this seniorposition will include:
• Play an active role in winning and executing corporate finance mandates including sale mandates, acquisitions and finance raising assignments
• Develop a strong professional reputation in the local business community including market knowledge and business contacts
• Act as contact/liaison point for clients, lawyers, banks, venture capitalists and other colleagues
• Research companies and their markets to identify valuation multiples and key drivers
• Prepare key documents including packs for pitching for new business, sale information memoranda, acquisition profiles of targets, business plans and briefing packs
• Work on projects and manage own tasks, communicating effectively with other team members
• Financial modelling of projections
• General administrative tasks including compliance checks
• Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a strong CF background in addition to a accountancy qualification, either ACA or ACCA.
Managerial experience and strong leadership skills are also preferred.
