As an Accounts & Audit Senior you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a wide range of clients in various sectors within the SME and OMB arena.
You will be responsible for the following areas on a daily basis:
• Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Responsible for the full audit lifecycle from planning through to completion.
• Supervision of junior members of staff, assisting in their development where required.
• Preparation of tax computations
• Assisting senior members of the firm in developing new business and revenue.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking extra responsibility working for a rapidly expanding firm that already have an excellent reputation in the market.
Who we're looking for
You will either part qualified or qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIPFA, IIA) ideally from a practice background. You will have a strong all round knowledge of audit, accounts preparation and tax, and be comfortable in a client facing environment.
Due to the nature of the role, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with new and existing clients.
Career progression is promoted within the firm and due to the growth rate of the firm, promotion is highly likely for high performing staff within a short timeframe.
