Great role leading a complex change for a London based public sector organisation, as a Programme Director you will lead the business to improve performance. Our client is a high profile firm which is engaging in a huge programme of change.
As a Programme Manager you will ultimately take operational responsibility for delivering the business strategy by implementing and overseeing the transformation programmes. You will be coordinating and communicating the programme's objectives across different projects, managing relationships across the firm.
You will lead a number of project streams and manage the budget and risk attached to high value transformation. This is a role that requires excellent stakeholder management and the ability to lead management decisions, meet deadlines and mentor your team.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be
• Current Programme Managers or Directors looking for a new challenge
• Individuals who can make transformation accessible to a broad employee base and deliver change to time and budget constraints
• Candidates who have either had a mixed sector background OR worked as a Programme level manager in a management consultancy firm
• Most importantly you must have proven experience delivering programmes in excess of £50m with large teams
