This is a superb opportunity to join an already established and successful team based in Warrington. As commercial manger you will be required to manage a team already consisting of senior quantity surveyors and estimators. Your role will allow you to have full autonomy of your section with works carried out being related to civils works and water treatment. You will manage a number of contracts with the main aim of delivering works within the budgets specified. As this is a senior role you will also be part of a team at initial contract stage and be fundamental to the delivery of new accounts and contracts.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing budgets over £20million and can demonstrate successful delivery of contracts within budget. You will also be required to have experience of managing teams of commercial staff and be able successfully lead a team both in professionalism and knowledge.
